A Visit To Cape Elizabeth

  On the Rocky Maine Coast, you'll find Cape Elizabeth home of Fort Williams Park and Portland Head Light, one of the most photographed Lighthouses in the United States. It's Maine's oldest lighthouse.

April was still chilly in New England. I feel no matter what season you visit this area, the views are always breathtaking.  As we walked around I was in awe of the beauty of Maine's Coast along with the waves rushing against the rocks. 

The Fort Williams Park is a great place for picnicing,  a walk along the coast, kite flying or just hanging out with the family. The ocean views are worth the visit.

You can visit for a couple hours or spend the entire day. Either way, you will be glad you stopped by.  There are plenty of great places  in the area to get a bite to eat after your visit or you can just sit and eat your packed meal!
