Chicago on Lake Michigan in Illinois is one of our favorite cities to visit.  We love it's skyscrapers, the Navy Pier, Millennium Park and the American Girl Store ( I'm a doll collector).  There is always so much to see and do, you can't visit just once.  I will be updating this post to include all the great sites to see and places to dine!

Chicago is always on our layover list as we road trip to the mid west. We've done something different on every trip.

Shopping is the best on the mile, I get so excited when I find great deals!
